Our machine advantages :
1) We use the mechanical structure of quill and cutter combined together,which can achieve the quill won't fall down when cutting, also it can greatly ensure the first turn OD with good size. Most of our competitors can't do that.
2) Cutter rotary cutting, which can greatly slove the burrs of spring inside surface, also it can prolong the life time of cutter and quills.
3) Windows multi-axes system with several IO entrance, which can add the camera detection and spring scratch detection sensor.More ports avaliable, which is good for entire control.
4) Our machine use the Europe mechanical structure, by using the HIWIN guide rail of long life time& standard part easy to replace and maintain. Machine using life is higher than other competitors. Some customers using the guide rails for 10 year,which keep the machine with high precision when production.
5) We use the two seperate servo motors to control the spring OD, which reduce the machine transmitt and the less precision caused mechanical structure. In this way, we can keep a good spring OD precision.
6) we use the bolt fasten structure, which cause a more big contact surface of quill,and whnen long time production, the quill won't move. (most of the competitors use the single screw to fasten the quill, which can esaily cause the moving of quill.)
7)Feed roller with pneumatic and lever structure to ensure the stable pressure and environment friendly without noisy and oil. Each feed roller can adjust its pressure according to different materials.
